I think the fenders are good idea only when you need them but the cascadia fenders by Planet Bike look good on a Fargo. Where I live I see people on bikes all the time since I am near the Appalachian Trail. The hills are way steeper - but I haven't seen any out in the dead of cold. Yep, you all are brave cause there is no way I would do that in the freezing cold. Hopefully, you both have completely thawed out. Enjoy the day next to a warm fire!
